Types of Refunds
1. Full Refund
Available when service is completely non-functional or not delivered within 24 hours.
Timeframe: 100% refund if claimed within 48 hours of purchase
2. Partial Refund
When service stops working before the subscription period ends, we calculate refund based on remaining days.
Formula: (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days) × Purchase Amount
3. Service Extension
Alternative to refund: We provide additional service time equal to the downtime period.
Example: If Netflix is down for 5 days, we extend your subscription by 5 days
