Our Role
- We act as intermediaries between customers and official service providers
- We facilitate access to services that may be difficult to obtain locally
- We provide customer support and account management assistance
- We ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Note: We do not create, host, or distribute content. All content access is through official service providers.
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person/household unless specified otherwise
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use services only for personal, non-commercial purposes

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

8. Termination
User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
- Active subscriptions will continue until expiry
- No refunds for unused portions unless policy applies
- Account data will be deleted after 30 days
Service Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
- Warning issued for minor violations
- Immediate termination for serious breaches
- Refunds considered case-by-case
